It was deep night when James woke up. The moonlight gently lit up the room, but it was overal drenched in darkness. In the past few days he had trouble sleeping and tonight wasn't any better. He groaned in frustration and sat up on the bed, his short black hair was messy thanks to all his turning around. "Goddammit why does this keep happening..." he grumbled as he got out of bed and turned on his lamp. The whole room was quickly washed over with cozy, orange light.
